The GriefShare Basic Kit provides your church with the strategy and the tools to start and sustain a ministry program for people who are grieving the death of a loved one. GriefShare enables your church to effectively minister to the long-lasting, persistent needs of your grieving members. The practical content in each video lesson also makes GriefShare an effective tool to reach beyond the walls of the church and into the heart of your community.

GriefShare is a seminar/support group ministry designed to be lay led. The 13 video seminars on DVD feature respected Christian counselors and leaders who share wise insights about grief-related topics. These dynamic videos also include personal testimonies from people who have lost a loved one. The workbooks contain a note-taking outline for the video sessions, a daily Bible study that reinforces the information presented on the videos, a gospel presentation, helpful articles, and insights from the Christian experts. Complete leadership training resources and publicity materials are also included in the Basic Kit. Session videos have the option of turning on English subtitles for the hearing-impaired.
